Engineer's side of Ex-Manistee & North Eastern NW2 #3, the last remaining M&NE locomotive, at Suttons Bay, Michigan in August, 1992. At this time she was running for the Leelanau Scenic Railroad, which operated trains between Greilicksville and Suttons Bay on the Leelanau Peninsula, northwest of Traverse City.
After the LSRC closed in the mid-1990s, #3 sat in Greilicksville for several years, until in 1999 it was disassembled and moved to the Tuscola & Saginaw Bay's yard in Traverse City. While in pieces in Traverse City, it was vandalized, but it was reassembled during the summer of 2001 and eventually moved to Kaleva, where it sits on the former M&NE right-of-way awaiting cosmetic restoration at the Kaleva depot museum.
